All I know is that Tali is an angel.....the rest don't matter.

No. I mean, we don't even know half of these characters yet. We have to play the game first. But either way:
Mordin should be neutral good.
SuZe should be just chaotic neutral.
Miranda lawful neutral.
Garrus may go either way on the good-scale, depending on how you treated him.
Others are good, I suppose. We still don't know about Jacob though.

Tali should probably be chaotic neutral.

I don't think Samara is Lawful Good, I think she's Neutral Good. The rest sounds about right.
