So i was looking at my Amazon orders today to confirm if my CE had all ready been shipped but when i looked at my ordes its not there is any one else having this problem?

don't go to recent orders, it only shows 30 days and if the order is older than 30 it won't show, go to show all orders and it will then show it for you.

Make sure you have the proper timeframe selected in the pull down menu, by default it only shows purchases made in this month, if you ordered before then it'll be displayed on an earlier page until it does ship.

You should get an Email notification when it ships. But I ordered mine from amazon too and it hasnt shipped yet so...yea

Well if you literally can not see that amazon has your order, you should e-mail them. It's one thing for them not to ship it yet, a whole other if they show you never made an order.

For me that wouldn't be good enough, you should always see your orders, unles they are canceld. Only when they are cancled is when they disaper. So if you don't see anything, then you may not be getting anything.

My CE of the Official Strategy Guide....which is the only thing I bought from Amazon is good to go. Though they still haven't shipped it which has me severely annoyed because strategy guides usually ship a week before the game comes out.

the only thing is when i ordered the CE i used a gift card and when i check my balance its at $0.00 so if they canceled my order shouldnt i have gotten a refund

If they cancelled it they would have notified you, plus they would have given you a chance to change the payment method. I just checked mine and its still there and the order tracking is fine. One thing though, when you go to the order page and select the time frame you ordered it in ( it will say: Past 30 days, 2010, 2009, 2008...) only click on that time frame to select it, do not click the "search oderes" button unless you actually type in "Mass Effect 2" cause if you select the time frame then click that then it will show up empty because that button isnt for the time frame thing.
