I hate Asari so much because they're far too human-like. They're even reproductively compatible for Pete's sake. They don't have any voice filters either - they have normal human voices. And wtf is with SciFi artists and sticking boobs on things that are not placental mammals? Not even all Mammals have boobs, nor do the vast vast majority of Earth species, why would totally unrelated species have them?

My least favorite is probably the Asari actually. They're just a little too "perfect".

Extremely long life? Check.
Considered very attractive as a race? Check.
One of, if not the, most powerful races in the galaxy? Check.
Known to be very powerful biotics? Check.
Able to reproduce with anyone in the galaxy? Check.

Just kind of boring compared to some of the others for me.

Why wouldnt they? I'd expect to find just as many human-ish aliens as non-humanish aliens.

The human biological system is very effective for a sapient creature, so why would nature evolve it in that manner only once?
