Do you think it's possible that Tali cooperating with Legion is what caused her to be exiled?

we dont know a whole lot about Tal's situation... maybe her exile is only an option as to what happens to her by means of choices that were made... or maybe she screwed up on the flotilla and got a bunch killed... who knows it's all basically speculation at this point

We don't really know.
But I don't see Tali killing a bunch of quarians.
Too clever to do it accidentally and not in her character to do it on purpose.
