Hey everybody
Short question, maybe anyone knows:
I have deinstalled ME1 a while ago, but kept the savegames to import my character into ME2.
Does anyone know how the import process will actually work?
Do I have to fully reinstall ME1 to be able to get my character into ME2?
Or is it enough to have the save games?
Maybe someone knows...

 It gives a brief run through of the importing process. You will only need the save data on your hard drive, you don't need to install Mass Effect 1 again.

They mentioned you would tell ME2 configurator where your saves are, but generally on PC all saved games are in "Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect" subfolder.

*Problem Import Save Game ME1 to ME2 Solved*



1-in mass effect 2's directory : in SAVE folder make ME1 folder------> E:\\Mass Effect 2\\Save\\ME1

2-copy and paste all save game's mass effect 1 into ME1 folder------> example: Char_01-45-2-1-0-14-3-2010-23-7.MassEffectSave and .....

3-RUN mass effect 2 game

5-New Game and ....

4-you are welcome Friends
