Because if the length, I have posted it on a server, and it can be viewed there.  Part 1 is what is up now.  I have  the whole story and if people like it I will post more.  Please, don't scoff.  The story includes a forward that explains more if you wish to read it.  So, without further delay, I submit my story.  It can be found at  fanfiction.net or by simply clicking the link in my signature.

It's definitely a nice read! I'm enjoying the reactions to the Warden's comrades as he begins his search. One comment: Allistair is the incorrect spelling. It is Alistair. Otherwise, can't wait to see more!

Yeah, that was a mistake I didn't notice until I uploaded. There are quite a few more that I notice each time I read too it, lol. It's in an extreme alpha stage at this point. I just wanted to see if people might like it.

I forgot all about posting this, lol.

It's still in progress and a bit on the long side (100K words over 22 chapters, currently), but it's starting to gather a small following and people seem to really enjoy it.

Give it a read, and if you feel like it, let me know what you think; good, bad, or otherwise.

The story is really great! just finished chapter 4 after reading chapter 1, 2, cft II, VII and 3. Flemeth!!!! damn hag!!!!

It trully feels as if playing the game or watching the movie, the narrations gives great detail for imagining everything and the dialogues hold true to each character.

You have to think of it like this: what does a herald play? A bugle or a trumpet, right? *cackle*

And another term for that particular bodily function would be "playing the..."

It was very clear *wich leads me to think that I might also have a twisted sense of humor for how easy I got the joke*. I saw in my mind that she would be very capable of doing what she did with the bedsheet.



I'm on chapter 24 now, damn hag!!! damn damn that "unofficial mother in law", Hawke should stab her in DA2 or chopped her head off, I would if I could (or it's just maybe because I'm driven by the reading). Also, I once actually thought during awakening and before Witch Hunt of this case for the Warden and Morrigan but from the darkspawn, so I like reading a similar scenario here.

Yeah, chapter 24 is pretty intense. I just read again for the first time in months. I had forgotten how much emotion is packed into that one chapter.

That's the chapter people used to tell me how much they hated Flemeth more than any other. I really made her into a cold-hearted b*itch, lol

Yeah. I'll be adding the last chapter to BW ASAP. I generally take at least a day or so to proof-read any chapters I write. I want to make everything is as good as I can get it before I upload.

After two novels and nearly 300,000 words in the past year, I'm taking a well-deserved break from anything hefty.  I can't say never again, because a third novel is already forming in my mind.  Although, its plot will remain top-secret for now.

As for something smaller, I'm thinking of adding one more to the CFT series.  Actually, Ximena and I have been discussing a collabortation of sorts.  But it's still in the early stages yet.  We'll see how that goes.  But ever since I gave her Edric a cameo in BW, people have requested that I bring him back, at least for another small appearance.

Excellent, I'm all about patience when it comes to fan art and novels, and yeah...I agree about taking a break after 300,000 words in works. But the wondering if there'll be more to read after enjoying the current works of OoA and CFT...I had to ask! haha.

Wow! a collaboration of sorts with Ximena, that could only prove to be potencialy great in the outcome. Cameos are always good because it doesn't require a big or small participation in a story as long as the character appears again so that would be cool. Thanks!
