Maybe you should stop holding your breath. It only leads to turning blue and passing out. It will be done when it's done, and given the out of proportion angst regarding delays/ deadlines, why would they tell us anything?

RTO isnt going to be released anymore seems its going to be part of Awake as a sorta intro to your character coming back from roaming the world at the end of origin visiting an old battlefield fightin some spawns and at the end recallin the oath he/she made in the joining.







Dunno really but a decent guess.

Surely they can't do that, its like promising a kid chocolate then saying the next day "Oh We'll wait until Easter, you'll get lots of chocolate then!".

Great. This is a disappointment. Accordingly, I just bought Mass Effect for the PC from the EA/bioware online store. I have played it on the xbox, but I'm going to get ME2 for the pc ... so I wanted to continue a character from the original... you get the picture.



Their online store is quite dumb. If you get to the checkout page, enter all the details of addresss, name, cc#, email, phone, and it recognizes your email address ... it forces you to login. Then it isn't smart enough to remember any of the info I have entered all ready. More lameness.



Upon purchase I had to download the downloader to download the game ... which promptly crashed.



Anyways, the Mass Effect won't play on my PC ... it keeps crashing from the config splash screen.



I have contacted EA about this ... which required me to sign up for yet another god damn "customer service" account.



Like I said, this is getting lame.

I apologize for your frustration, but these sorts of tangential comments are better directed in the Technical Support thread. They otherwise lend nothing to the current discussion, and only encourage more "whining" -- and, admittedly, I think we're full-up with that as it is.

For everybody that says they have been waiting a month for RtO. I would like to say that my holiday season starts when the stores start putting out their christmas decorations. So november first... it is january 22.. soooo almost three months?

My main intention wasn't to "moderate" the thread but rather to direct to a place where you are most likely to receive the help and the attention you need. Whether my post read as otherwise is completely subjective, and I appreciate that.

More to the point, I have a right, too, to my own opinion. And my opinion is one of irritation--not because of the nature of things, as most people put it, but rather by the behavior of most people on these forums. Most people find it easy as hell to **** and moan and slander BioWare (and other forumites, at that), and it really is getting a bit old. Whether or not you agree is, again, a point of contention and is left to your interpretation. However, if you're free to voice your opinion in the forums, you should at least be mature enough to accept my opinion within the same medium without retaliating.

I can see you're frustrated, and I can empathize. But, again, this thread is probably the least-appropriate forum in which to comment if you're looking for solutions to the problems you addressed. Take my advice with a grain of salt, I don't care. But when you don't seem to remedy the issues you expressed, I have to remind you that it's probably because you didn't seek assistance elsewhere--and, ultimately, where you should have.
