Has anyone else who isn't Canadian or British ever wondered what what would happen when their country is attacked by the Reapers during the invasion of Earth? For Singapore, it's mentioned in the Codex as having an international space port where humans were first exposed to eezo on a large scale during an accident. Sadly, as Singapore is smaller than the Citadel and even more densely populated, my guess is that one Sovereign-Class Reaper blew the entire SAF to pieces and commenced reaping operations quickly. As Singaproe is a very small completely urbanised island (a Ward is longer than Singapore is wide), the Reapers would have easily destroyed infrastructure and resistance and prevented anyone from escaping. It would not be impossible for the Reapers to kill everyone in Singapore and completely wipe out the country. By the time the Battle for Earth ends, there probably is no Singapore left:(

The U.S would probably be one of the first to get decimated because of it's large size which would make it much more of a priority.

Allers mentions that the Reapers blew up Adelaide, Australia, but that's probably as far as they got. They'd have discovered the blue ring octopuses and box jellyfish and respectfully left the already-conquered country. It's not like Adelaide is a big loss, anyway.

You're probably right. I know if I was on the ground I would fight until the end. I would strap a small nuclear bomb on my back and run to a reaper leg and set it off

It might not be though. Alliance headquarters weren't in weren't in the U.S and from what I've read in the codex the U.S has gone through multiple civil wars. When talking about earth the U.S is hardly mentioned. I'm not saying were completly weak, but a lot can happen to a country over the course of 100+ years.

I mean of course the we could just use our nuclear warheads but there is one HUGE problem with using them. Nuclear fallout. IMHO if there was a reapurz war they should be disarmed as if the reapurz detonated them, the effect would be crippling.

In the MEU, Canada, Mexico, and the US have merged into the United North American States. They, along with the EU and China, are the three most powerful nations on the planet - there's mention that these three continue their own colonization efforts independent of the Alliance (whatever planet Watson is a moon of).

Udina mentions that the Reapers were targeting the old nuclear silos. I recall one of Allers' blurbs being about indoctrinated political leaders ordering national militaries to quell resistance movements; whether they actually did is another question entirely

Part of me thinks they wanted to depict the Alliance as the only human organization that did anything right during the war... I can hear Massively's teeth grinding from here.

I'll be honest, I expected better. It's ignorant people who degrade politicians and bureaucrats for systems that they themselves are the ones who are in charge of them.

No idea what you all are talkin about. Priority #1 is Europe, UK specifically. As we could see in ME3 opening, Shep and Alliance bosses were watching UK under attack 'tll losing broadcast signal.

Interesting. Always wanted to work in the judicial branch myself . Short term i would like to at least reach the federal courts long term would of course be the supreme court.
