I like the Wraith.  Omniblade and smart choke, AP ammo.  But I play the Shadow as a melee character.

 

Plus, if you've just unlocked her, chances are you don't have a Wraith.  So Eviscerator or Disciple is a good choice, melee wise.  Or, I suppose, it really doesn't matter, as the shotgun is just a way to get that sweet omniblade.

 

If playing her as a sniper, I like the Valiant, same as Prestacious.  No real reason, except she's an N7 character and it's an N7 weapon.

I Recommend Disciple X w/ Omni Blade for Melee, Arc Pistol or Executioner Pistol for when you have to use range. +50% melee damage is almost too good to pass up.

I'm gonna get some flak for this but I'd recommend the Reegar+HVB+Omni blade (incendiary ammo IV for maximum cheese ) and a Hurricane as a secondary in case you get a hack objective.

Why not use Hydraulic Joints instead of Geth Scanner just out of curiosity?

for better tactical awareness. The way I play her is fast paced, and it helps to be aware of my surroundings at all times.

If you are using melee you should use a shotgun

that way you can get 50% melee damage instead of 25%

I use the piranha on her, or the wraith

only really use it to kill bosses that I can't SS

Raider w/ IA and 46655 build. Either AM, PA or CM. Screw melee build. Claymore works as well. TC, BAM BAM, ES=FE and reload hidden. Offhost you can't hide Raider's reload in SS btw.

I used the wraith I recall...using shadow strike a lot. That or a talon, raider, anything heavy hitting with a good cool down

I'm sniping with the Arc. Wraith is perfect on her though.

For my current Melee/SS build I use the Scimiter with Omniblade.

 

This is a super fast build that will have you SS'ing all over the map (you'll hardly use the weapon)

 

You'll have trouble taking bosses down if you're clutching, so the Pirhana might be a better bet for pugging, with a slightly slower game play.

Acolyte and hurricane combo.  Cliche but effective.

 

Acolyte shot into shadow strike guaranteed 1hko on a plat phantom.  Acolyte and heavy melee for guaranteed mook kills. Hurricane for boss kills.

I tend to skip out of shadow strike and just run her with a sniper.

 

Cloak --> Snipe, repeat

 

And occasional.

 

Cloak --> Electric Slash --> snipe

 

If you run her with a Geth Scanner, you can also cheese the Electric Slash through walls, which is great for controlling mooks from swarming you.
