Sure why not, I would take throw 6 over passives 6 though. You can still make consecutive BEs with DC's jump mechanics, but in that case something without a ramp up would work better.

She's a biotic explosion tank. Run into crowds of bad guys on gold/platinum and just explode the heck out of them. I tried soloing a gold with that build and got synced on wave 9, and had a hell of a good time until then.
If you want to do pure BE, you can give her a Collector SMG instead of the lancer. I like the option of shooting things, though, with Dark Channel being so weak.
