I decided to start a new playthrough of DAO and I want to do a respec already because it automatically assigns my warrior a dual-wield skill when I have no intention of ever dual wielding. I want to move that skill point but so far I haven't found a way to do it that works. I've read that there are console commands, and about editing an XML to enable the console, but that doesn't do anything. I also tried adding "-enabledeveloperconsole" under "Set launch options" in Steam. That at least has some effect, but pressing ~ only causes the game to lock up.
Anyone know a way to respec skills in DAO on Steam?
