We've just released a beta of our "dark" skin for the BioWare forum and we're looking for your feedback on any bugs you find while using it. Let us know your thoughts by replying below!

To enable the new skin scroll to the bottom of the page and look for "Change Theme". Clicking that text will bring up a dropdown where you can choose "BioWare Dark (beta)" to enable it.

I'd like to see a couple more variations on the options: A darker and a lighter version (the darker being about the same shade of gray as available  for the forum background  and a lighter version light enough to allow for black text on light gray).

 

The current shade of gray for the editor box is at such a level that the text that the last saved information in the bottom left corner is almost invisible. Also, your BioWare logo is almost invisible as is my moderator information.

I do like the option, very much so, just needs contrast adjustments to make it work well

Thank you, the new dark theme is excellent. It even fixes the "strech" issue with the background image I had on the white one (wasnt fully stretched to the bottom -> now it is).

 

And the new background image with skeleton, I like it.

Not too bad, but it makes darker text really hard to see.  Perhaps lightening the grey of the posts would help.

Although, I agree with Natashina, the text is a bit too grey.

Well, it's a step in the right direction but needs some fine tuning (e.g.: there's a lot of grey on grey?).

Awesome, thanks guys. Might I suggest putting a lighter-colored outline around your "BioWare" and "Employee" text underneath your avatars? The edges kinda blend in with the darker theme.

 

Now all we need is a dedicated activity feed and we'll be good to go
