It was a Samuels summer ale. It's just a regular lite beer I think. I'm not bothered by not drinking at all but my particular circumstance is odd

I haven't tried smoking at all. Thought about cigs once but nicotine addiction is an ugly ugly thing so nah

Not necessarily odd, I don't think. Allergy infers a histamine reaction, usually resulting in anaphylaxis, rash or hives. What you seem to have is a flush reaction to alcohol, which is more of an intolerance. It's pretty common among people of East Asian descent; about half experience similar side-effects. It's not incredibly rare elsewhere in the world either.

You're pretty much in the norm :) I think you'll find there's many people who react the same way.

Yes. It is surprisingly American (roads, food, toilets), but so, so different. I've met some really kind and friendly people. And the culture is super fascinating. I like it.

I came out to my brother. He was extremely supportive. It was a really good conversation.

That is neat! You had been worried about this because of homophobic things he had said/done, right?

It's always cool when people come through.

I've always gotten very negative vibes from my mother and siblings aside from  him..  but still  at  most, I thought he would at most be indifferent. He was actually very encouraging and accepting.

He wasn't judgmental about anything..

Like for example when he asked for example of what guys I liked I said Chris Prat.. stockier guys, and, he immediately went to "guys like seth rogen?" and wasnt confused or mocking about it

Hii lysss :)

It's good to see you back. I'm sorry it's been rough on you lately. But it sounds like the move to St. Louis is a step in the right direction. It's not easy to move to a new place and have to deal with new life stuff but I'm sure things will straighten out more as time goes on.

Lyss, GET DIAGNOSED.
If it is CFS, you need medical help. Find yourself a good doctor who has experience with the condition who can refer you to various specialists.

If your job is too difficult to manage in your current condition, you should quit anyway. There's no shame in living on a benefit if you have to. Your health comes first, don't push til you can no longer.

Get on Hangouts and we can chat about all sorts and catch up.
