Am certain the rouge Templars will be able to establish there own trade.
Chantry doesn't "allow" rogue Templars, that's why they all HAVE to be Waarriors.

They mean the Templars that broke away from the Chantry and are now "rogue".
What? Not my fault he turned into a fat prematurely balding drunk >_>
I still don't know what you're talking about.

Z just doesn't want to admit how awesome and hot Alistair is. He is swimming in the River De Nile.

haahahahahaaaaaaaaaaaa ily.
I haven't read the comics, but I've constantly seen that picture of Alistair killing Yavana and it looks to me as if he's all grown up, becoming a better leader. I'm excited to see his return in DA:I tbh.
and not just because I'm a fangirl

I was trying to be funny, with the wordplay on rogue - meaning renegade, and the class Rogue .
You have broken all my dreams, I shall never use pun, ever again, Because of you, I hope you can live with yourself. You Monster

Yup, looks like Yavana and Flemeth's meddling in his life hardened him quite a bit. And I've realized only recently that the comics have some seriously well written dialogue.

That was a stone cold execution. Awesome.

I don't know if I should be proud or disgusted by Alistair's actions.

When in doubt go apathy.

To be honest, I do think Yavana had it coming, considering how she and Flemeth had screwed up both his life and that of Maric, and technically Cailan to boot. It also proves how long Flemeth has been manipulating the course of events in Ferelden.
Need I show you that fan art again, Z?
Of one of his possible fates? No.
Need i show actual in universe happenings in the sequel again?
._.

True, but on the other hand the sheer heartlessness that Alistair shows is just...wrong, somehow.

I like it.
But I can see how you'd feel that way.

Wouldn't you be a little irritated if your life had been screwed with that badly? And just because he was "heartless" in that one situation, doesn't mean he isn't the adorable goofball that we know and love.
In the night I hear 'em talk, the coldest story ever told
Somewhere far along this road he lost his soul.
How could he be so heartless?
I like it.
But I can see how you'd feel that way.
Yeah.
Then again this is the same Alistair who forsakes Ferelden after throwing a tantrum because he doesn't get his way of having Loghain killed if the Warden spares them, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised he puts himself over the lives of others.

Alistair finally shows...Something that would actually indicate him possibly being a good ruler and it freaks fans out.
A King dispenses King's Justice or he is no kind of King.
-Paraphrased Stannis Baratheon
I shouldn't be surprised he puts himself over the lives of others.
That's called being a mentally healthy individual.

Or a Sociopath.
Yeah.

Cry me a river, dear.
Or a Sociopath.
No, it's called being human.

Irritated, yes. Willing to murder, no.
