Untrained Mages are a danger, to themselves and others around them, And they should be taught the dangers and advantages of Magic by senior experienced Mages, But teaching or should I say brainwashing them into believing that they suck and god hates them, because they were born differently than the majority, is something I hate both in game world and in real life. (see kelli in da:o)

But as observed in DA II most of the Mages turn abominations when stuck in a no way out situation and facing certain death, so you are basically pushing them over the edge and blaming them for going over the edge.

That wasn't the point. MWZ was saying if mages weren't a threat Templars wouldn't exist, and you made it sound like mages are only a threat because of templars, which is the point I was saying you were oversimplifying.

Ick. Greagoir is really no better than Cullen, given what he does in the mage origin.

He calls off the Annulment by word of the First Enchanter. That counts for something.

I mean, if we had more Evangelines to work with, I'd be on board with them.

Forgetting that he had Jowan's blood all over his armor?

._.

Greagoir really is as good as the Templars can get, except for one little thing, even if you do rat on Jowan the whole time to Irving, he just does not seem to care.

Evangeline is basically the same as Gregoire or Cullen until she started sleeping with a mage.

There you go.

Mages and Templars will simply screw their philosophical differences away.

Day one dlc.

Thats really more on Irving then it is on Gregoir isn't it? Or are you saying that Greagoir should have done something to Irving for enabling Jowan?

I can definitely see a large portion of the Bioware community getting behind this solution sadly.

I'm fairly sure Greagoir is sleeping with Irving, so I don't know how much that counts for. More seriously, it's clearly based on being preferential than actually not wanting to slaughter the Circle.

I can see that.

To be fair, the circle really was beyond hope and completely out of control as far as he knew.

But I am not for the circle as is anyhow. They can say goodbye to permanent internment, that's for sure.

No, I meant that when Irving explained to Greagoir that you were working on his (Irving) behalf, he just didn't seem to care, he still wanted to punish you, I mean in that scenario, you were working for the circle to root out a blood mage who wants to destroy his phylactery and escape, and only because of you they managed to confront Jowan, but Greagoir still treats you as you were an accomplice to Jowan.

Edit: Neither? I thought it'd be near Andoral's Reach.

I sincerely do hope that Lambert shows up though. I can't wait to send him to Belize.

It was also the place where Lee finally surrendered the Army of Virginia to Mead...it was where the dream of Southern Independence and Freedom ultimately died, it was also were the formal surrender of the Confederate army as a whole took place. Robert E Lee along with Joe Davis, Nephew of acting head of State Jefferson Davis. Signed the ceasefire agreements, it was also rapidly followed by a mass surrender of the general population of the C.S.A.

It was more or less where the war ended, Hence my curiosity for where it would be here.

I don't think it would be the reach personally because i doubt it ever became a battlefield personally, i doubt the Templars marched on them when Lambert disappeared.

That could only work if we knew for certain what lies on the other side.

A harem of tranquil? I do not think so.

Tevinter 2.0? Push 'im on through.

Come to think of it....That's what's best for Lambert. Send him to the Black Divine.

True, they probably called a halt to their initial plans to rethink their strategy. I'm not sure if they would necessarily bring their final battle to an actual city though.

Wasn't he friends with the Black Divine? Also, I could have sworn someone said the Black Divine is also the Archon at this time.

Pushing someone through an Eluvian is temporary (Morrigan), Sending someone to Belize is a permanent solution.

Well, how else do you plan on transporting him to a different dimension? Eluvians are the best we have. And just because Morrigan, a powerful mage, knows how to come back doesn't mean Lambert would.
