I never read Revelations myself, but I read somewhere that Saren found Sovereign at a Batarian research facility. And we all know it was the Batarians who took the Leviathan. I may be wrong, but it seemed like a coincidence.
Was Soveriegn the Leviathan of Dis?

I wouldn't think so. The Leviathan was supposedly entirely organic, while Sovereign wasn't even considered to be sentient until it walked up to Shepard and stated it.

No, the Leviathan is supposedly some gargantuan thing or ship on an unexplored planet with an atmosphere that sensors can't penetrate very well. Think Loch-ness, but a planet. There is no proof of it's existence. If you read the description of every planet in the Dis system when you scan them, you will find the one I'm talking about.

No. The leviathan was found in a crater on the planet Jartar about a year or more after sovereign (which was found orbiting a planet near the Veil) and as it was already stated the leviathan was an organic ship.

You mean the one that has signs of unnatural structures or the one with the lights that disappear when someone tries to move in closer to investigate them?

Yeah, the one with lights that disspear. But now that you've reminded me, I think I just pulled that whole story out my a**. I haven't played in a long time. I'm just getting excited about the impending ME2 release.
