I have tried to use the Frabjous re-roller with BGT. No 3D acceleration, as dark as possible, 32 bit, correct window size, but it doesn't work.

It reads the screen OK but doesn't press the button to re-roll. Presumably there is some difference between BGT and Tutu that is causing the problem.

Is there another version that works with BGT?

If not, would a character formed in Tutu work in BGT?

I am still interested if there is a BGT version of the Frabjous re-roller, but if you are interested, if there is not one, creating a character in Tutu and copying it to BGT works fine, it is just a bit wasteful of computer memory.

I never use the roller myself, but I've never heard of it for BGT. I know he made it for the BG 2 engine, thus it works for EasyTutu and BG 2. As you probably know, even the slightest code change in BGT could theoretically make the re-roller not work, and I know it wasn't designed for BGT, thus not a big suprise the roller doesn't work for that.

I've tried the re-roller a few times with BGT and had no problems. By 'correct window size' you mean you've switched off Full Screen mode?

That is exactly what I mean. Thanks for your help. At least I now have a work-around when I want it. i.e. create character in Tutu and then export to BGT.

I have read a post somewhere that says that mods that alter the GUI conflict with the re-roller. I think that the widescreen mod would also cause problems.
