I get all melancholy if I don't get enough sleep.  I'm betting we'll see them both again, with Bodahn alive.  I really hope BioWare isn't so cruel as to kill him off-screen.

Book characters cannot make a "comeback" since they have not been in the games in the first place.

That said Dagna should make a comeback, as a LI. And Goldanna, single mom to date would be a new thing.

I wouldn't mind seeing Sandal and Bodhan (maybe have them be our shop again  ) Cullen, Feynriel, Aveline and Donnic, Carver (he lived in my play-throughs)... Not Fenris, though, because my character ran off with him! LOL

As a Cullen fan-girl if we don't have him as a companion, I would of course love to see him in some other capacity.

 

As for the others: Sebastian (back with a vengence against Kirkwall), Carver/Bethany if they survived, Anora/Alistair, Teagan, Nathaniel Howe, Shale, zombie kittens and any Origin-related charated based on what our Grey Warden was.
