Uh no Spirits don't "die" or so we know, but they can be obliterated into mere remnant essence.

 

Justice getting the boot out of Ander's corpse likely wasn't enough but it probably did the whiny spirit no favors.

Wynne isn't an abomination. By definition, an abomination is a mage possessed by a demon. She was possessed by a Spirit of Faith.

There is no saying they don't become their old selves later either. In order for you to physically harm the spirit it needs force possession or you need to kill it in the fade. Can't hurt spectral things, sorry. That also applies to Colebert I suppose, if he exists.

Like i said it wouldn't likely reduce to a wisp but it likely also did it no favors.

 

Destroying their vessel is in essence the same as severing the physical essence they put within that construct.

No he either went to fade or wandering around again. Anders himself says this. That Justice will be around long after he and Hawke die. Elaborate "did it no favors". Yes it needs a host, but by no means it did him any other harm than taking its host away. Given that his host was not taken away in at least half playthroughs and Gaider hinting he might appear again, I bet he is not weakened in any way.

 

Changing hosts is a breeze if its not forced such as what Faith did.

And he became an Expert on fade creatures when? He basically had no idea what he was getting into when he allowed himself to be possessed.
