By way of the Crows, I would love to see Zevran in Inquisition. Time will tell when the game is released of course, but given the intimations of his increasing influence in the Crows in DAII, and what Mr. Laidlaw has mentioned about potentially turning your keep into a hub of espionage (and more?), it's intriguing to consider :)

I was pretty thrilled to have him fighting alongside me for the final battle in DA2, especially as I hadn't even had him with me for the final battle in Origins.

Those who bear the Rinnegan enact the plan though.

._. So there!

Also i had my own plan! It involved pain! Lots of pain! And explosions!

Doesn't matter. Sharingan>Rinnegan.

Actually you have that in reverse, at least in terms of capabilities, utility and just it generally looking better.

After all, A Sharingan is merely a defective mutation of God's glory.

I liked that a lot, too :)  It was an awesome bonus in that fight to see Zev again...and I was really glad of the extra help.

Can we get back on-topic now, please? We should be discussing...

...er...

Oh. Uhh, I... don't know.

Well, this won't go over well with the mods.

Change is good. It's not a defect.

I'll try to help get this back on topic, since I was one of the ones responsible for the derail: If the choice was offered, would you help rebuild the Crows?  Also, do you guys think that the Crows could come into play for Inquisition?

Zevran instigated a civil war within them basically, a few guild masters and numerous assassin's are dead and several assassins are coming around to his way of thinking.

Still doesn't mean they are anywhere near the verge of extinction.

They seem to be scattered and if Zevran is alive, being hunted to the last man.  I think they'll need more recruits.  So, if you were the head of such an organization, how would you go about recruiting folks to your cause?

Hunt the ones, that hunt you to begin with? Not like Zevran is any superpower.

He seems to be doing a fine job and as of DA2, the Crows were pretty scared of him.

You're still dodging my question: How would you go about recruiting for an organization like the Crows?

I am the leader of a powerful organization with extensive funds and an even more extensive list of enemies and I wish to hire the Crows to rid myself of them.

Bards need not apply.

Orlais has its own brand of assassins.  Shadows of the Empire, if I recall correctly. :)

I wouldn't until i put down that little rebellion. They might be infiltrators. And Nuncio wasn't scared of Zevran, he was scared of confronting the whole Dalish clan, which given his numbers, was wise. I didn't see anything, indicating that Zevran was a major threat to the organization.

First off, Zevran wasn't scared of the Dalish clan.  I have no idea where you got that from.  They knew right where he was and even one of the NPCs tells you as such.  He wasn't scared of them, he was making sure that they didn't get hurt.

Little rebellion?  Cute.  Nuncio wasn't scared of him?  That's a rather deluded statement, don't you think?  When was the last time you even played the games?

And I guess the entire dialogue when the Crows are coming after Zevran about him "taking them out one by one" just fell out of your head.  It must have been a long time since you've played DA2 at all.

What if Zevran was dead?  What if he didn't start a civil war within the Crows?  How would go think a group like the Crows goes about recruiting, outside of little boys from brothels?  I'm trying to have a friendly discussion here.

And Nuncio wasn't scared of Zevran, he (Nuncio) was scared of confronting the whole Dalish clan - i think you shall have to read more carefully before engaging into argument.

Your use of pronouns had me all sorts of confused

Are you going to try to answer my question or not?  If not, please just say so.

I just don't see what's wrong with the current system of recruiting. Well, it's wrong in my book but not in the Crows', so that's not the point. So tell me, how pinpoint assassinations should affect the system of recruiting? It's not that he is the first black sheep in history, that defy the system. It doesn't necessarily prove that system itself is flawed or wrong.

Hmm The Imperium could make use of the crows as part of its Foreign "Diplomatic" Realignment Polices.
