I don't know, he gives a VERY good discount and buys for higher prices with a dwarven noble warden, plus the shield of aeducan.

And the backpack he sells is the cheapest one. So there's no harm in giving him another chance: the more annoying he is, the angrier you get, the less chances Archdemon has against you.
