No no... in the camp.. you have to ask her this question after you told her that you hope a day you may become as special to her as Majorlaine was... Do you remember se said you something like "My dear.. I believe this day has already become...... etc.etc." After this you can make her the question.. Do you want to know what are the new option dialogue or you are going to discover this by youself?

I forgot to reply you 'bout a question.. These new dialogues line does not affect the final dialogue before the ending.. which was the same to me... It's only a little improvement of the romance which give you the opportunity to tell her something that you would NEVER be able to say in the whole game if you ask her the question before that moment... and I believe this is a little but important sentence into the romance...and her reactions will be really funny.. Let me know what will you think of this when you will have this dialogue
