it's usually aged, it may have some empty space inside, becomes crusty when heated, a champion amongst others. you can use it for almost anything, and you don't need the additions.

My Dalish Rogue - Bulgogi with gim-gui
Bulgogi is a Korean dish that consists of marbled slices of beef marinated in garlic, spring onions, crushed pears and soy sauce, then grilled over charcoal.
Gim-gui is roasted seaweed flavoured usually with a dash of salt and sesame oil.
Both are time-intensive dishes to make but well worth the effort and comforting on a cold day, same with befriending my rogue.
