Actually if he's a Tal'Vashoth, I think it would be more fitting if he monosyllabicly said "yes" instead.

No, he should say yes with as much emotion as possible to be completely opposite.

Iron Bull is a mercenary isn't he? That means he'd have to be a Tal'Vashoth by definition I think.
