You can disregard this now. After some pondering, I decided to remove BioSnd_End002.pcc from the mod. I like the new epilogue music, but the game music is something I ultimately thought I'd leave to the individual users. So v1 of this will not modify any music which means the TM credits music will work just fine.

Delete the JAM folder, then reinstall.

BTW, Deager, don't know if you've modified the JAM memorial files to dump to the apartment or not, but if you want to I can put them in the installer as an optional component.

I was waiting to make sure the final version was out but this should be it! Plus, I'm stumped on the new Adding DLC method so it'll be good to do something I can get done.

 

EDIT: Is this ideal for you since you want JAM to be as flexible as possible? I ask because JAM to CEM will overwrite the stargazer video at the end and also remove the dialogue of the man and kid.

Well, is your plan to try to get CEM as a DLC mod? If so I won't put it in my installer; you would put it in yours and then your files would override mine.

That would be my ideal plan...I just haven't figured it out yet. That said, I should start small and maybe I'll try to create a JAM to vanilla Citadel as a DLC mod right now.

 

EDIT: At least I can manually get it working with JAM by replacing files and manually editing your TOC.bin and then using me3explorer to update the main game bin file. Not ideal given what we know now but it works at least.

Maybe I'm remembering wrong, but don't think I heard Shepard's "We'll take out chances" line before (or maybe I just missed it). And I had thought you change the facial animation from the dialogue between Shepard/Catalyst at the end of the Destroy choice dialogue, which seemed like several dialogues were mixed from previously-existing lines (that said, I did think using the line "Without us to stop it, synthetics would destroy all organics" for a second was somewhat redundant). 

 

"We'll take our chances" is from the very low EMS version. It's what Shepard says instead of "There has to be another way" if destroy is the only option.

 

Also, I tried removing the "Without us to stop it..." after "the peace won't last". I agree it works fine without it. The intelligence's implication is obvious and the line isn't needed. Thanks for the suggestion.

I could be wrong but it appears the background noises during the stargazer scene are cut out but the music does play. Just wanted to make sure that's what you were after unless I'm reading the pcc file incorrectly.

 

EDIT: On a different note, I give up. I think I'll just stick to manual installs. Missing something since even this simple JAM to CEM file is viewed as corrupted by the game.

Perfect timing. I'm uploading my stuff tonight. I'll get the JAM to CEM up and running soon. Hopefully this weekend.

 

Oooo, question. I've never done NSIS. Would you mind sharing your script with me? I figure that may be very useful to getting me started. Still, copying a few files is not a big deal I don't think and I may just post that with instructions.

Finally got the video finished. It still isn't quite as polished as I'd like, but doing videos like this with multiple clips is a gigantic pain in VDub. Audio has to be extracted and edited in a separate program and then relinked to the video, so I got a bit lazy and didn't coordinate the audio and video fading. I also capped at 60fps, which means the filtering and redubbing process takes waaaay longer than I"m used to for 30s clips capped at 30fps, lol.

 

I'll be posting it in the ThaneMOD LI Spoilers section of the website once I"m ready, but feel freel to link it to your Nexus page, JohnP. Or not. Totally up to you.

Hey JohnP,

 

I was wondering, does your MEHEM include the Emails an other non-ending specific changes/additions that are included in MrFob's MEHEM?
