Hi Everyone,

 

My name is Stacey and I'm a professional prop and costume maker from Australia. I'd like to know if anyone has ever considered buying a custom-made costume? If you have, I'd really appreciate it if you'd take five minutes to let me know at

What I'd really love to know is.. What is everyone's favourite costume / outfit from a Bioware world? If you could have only one in your closet, what would it be?

 

FemShep's Party Heist dress from ME2 is very tempting, but I think the Green Mage's robes from the promotional posters for DA1 would be it for me.

Flemeth's armour is pretty incredible isn't it? I always loved the way the colour and styling kind of echoes her dragon form too - very clever design work.

I'd want Varric's outfit. I don't think I'll ever cosplay, but if I did, I'd totally rock his duster and open shirt. Clothing-wise, he's probably the most visually appealing Bioware character to me.

There's something really interested about Varric outfit ins't there? Is not what I'd normally go for, but I'll admit I had to look twice when I first played DA2

If you don't mind my asking, do you think you'd wear this kind of outfit in everyday life? I don't cosplay either, I work mainly with theatre plays. But I will quite often wear something themed or 'outrageous' to opening night, or even occasionally to the park to picnic with my friends. (I'm not sure if that count's as cosplay..). Just curious!

Mass Effect's version of the Blood Dragon armor has always been my favorite. Started working on it but sadly put it aside for the last year. I will finish it, I will! *stomps foot*

Revan's armor/robe will be nice. Also Cerberus Phantom Armor and Terminus armor will be nice.

If wishes were kisses, I'd go for Flemeth's armour from DA2. But I've always loved Shep's formal dress, mainly because it looks like armour too. The problem I have is that costume sites will make it out of cheap plasticky material. And to make it out of leather would be so expensive (and hot, probably). So what could it be made of? It's a pipe dream.
