Really? Average is 8 double UR packs. Wow I must have been super ****** unlucky since I have 13 to max my manifest with 940h and I have gotten 1 double UR pack XD

 

Same happened to me. The vast majority of my ultra rare potential packs were the 99k ones and I only got 1 double UR pack, plus I have maxed my manifest. To top if off, the last 7 upgrades were all for the collector SMG, a gun which I really quite like

 

I can only conclude that other players have been stealing my double UR packs

I could not do this over again. I've been told that I'm fairly lucky to have played 697 hours and have about 40 URs to go. And I could not burden someone with carrying my scrubby ass through Platinum... unless of course I get the Juggernaut in my gift pack, then it's fine

No ****** way. Tell me something that no one else knows.

 

There's a possibility that the developers decided to take a short cut on the randomness of the store by using a seed number derived from the alphanumeric values of the person's gamer tag. This ensures everyone has a different seed number, but the problem with this is that it's not truly random. If your gamer tag evaluates to a poor seed number, you are stuck with it and therefore will always have bad luck in the store.

Don't waste your credits on 99k until you get your gold equipment up to snuff. You will be surprised at how many black cards you will get from just regular spectre packs. Spending all that credits on a 99k and getting gold char.  cards is very annoying. Stick to the cheaper stuff.

I started playing on an alt account mainly from embarrassment at being a high XP but still scrubby player.  But, it's been a useful learning experience -- making me take out kits & weapons I hadn't played in a while.

Well it seems my luck on this account has finally improved, 10 Ultra rares in the last 2 days, including 2 double UR packs and an Eagle

Probably. You must have been talking about it in the lobby with Finn (who played the Typhoon Destroyer) and I, and my crappy memory put 2 and 2 together when it shouldn't have.

I have 200 hours and 67 URs unlocked but I also know what I'm doing, so I don't know if it's luck or me just knowing the fastest way to unlock things. My 1st account I didn't understand much of the store at 1st. Plus we have RPs and APs, now which help unlock things faster.
