Most fun and satisfying melees for me are:

 

*Slayer and shadow (I'm a sucker for blades).

*EDI

*Krogan

*Vanilla Adepts

*Smashbros

*Vorcha

*Armiger Turians

*Drell

*Male Quarians/FQE/SE (Flaming backhand essentially).

*Geth (regular not juggy)

Warlord, Shadow, Demolisher

1. Paladin

2. Shadow

3. Jet-pack turians

All of these.

 

Batarian and phoenix (both heavy and light).

Def these. The Electric Nightstick of Disrespect

 

By far the most satisfying melee has to be using the geth light melee against geth troopers, rocket troopers, hunters or marauders.

 

How can anything beat getting payback with the elbow of doom

Krogan. The Batarian, Drell, Vorcha, and Shadow all have cool melees, but c'mon, let's be honest- nobody can compete with a Krogan when it comes to melee.

Shadow triple head-take is coming close, as well as a well-executed Fury LM.

 

Try shield bashing a mook and ragdoll it - apply Scorpion rounds while it flies about - overkill fun.

 

Human Adept HM, paired with Acolyte and Singularity is a SURE WAY to have a satisfying experience, too. LEO in no time.

 

I like my Cabal LMs - but it's iffy off-host.

I gotta go with the phoenix vanguard...there's nothing like diving into a group of low-level enemies and knocking everyone down with heavy melee like bowling pins...those scenarios are especially fun when a teammate is about to be stomped at the last second...

The most satisfying melee (heavy) is obviously the ones the Asari do.

 

The hard part about it all is deciding where to stand when you are watching her.
