I'm not a perfect, in this theme (this is not exactly true: I don't know the xbox...), but, I found this:

All of mine were with the regular character creator, no mods.

For all the hate DA2 gets, they did a great job with the hair (for bioware standards).

I'm running lots of mods yes, I never realised it may be one of them.  So do you not get that shine on Hawke's dark skin in the Lowtown light?

 

I'm on xbox 360, so I play vanilla version and Lowtown does not affect either dark skin or Hawke's hair. On the other hand, I don't have that picture quality, so

 

 

 

Someone uses mods, I play on PC, but for example I do not use mods in the DA (yet...), just the sliders.

 

Did you not use any mods for creating any of your characters? You have some abilities, nice work!
