Itd also be cool to have it pop during a really epic moment. I can see it now,,,All the mages and templars will look up and shout "save us!" and the qunari inquisitor will look down and whisper "no." Or ya know something as simple as it being used to turn down a flirtatious  companion.

I second this idea. In fact, the dialogue wheel for Qunari Inquisitor should have nothing but "No." "*sigh*" and "Parshaara" for every conversation.

Thinking about this, I think it would be great to have practically single word responses like Sten all the time. Bonus points to this if it frustrates NPC's that talk to you.
