For playing a lot of games on platinum pull is really circumstantial...most of the game I am spamming reave and shootng in between and changing the bubble's location. If I play silver I am going 66660 for gigantic biotic booms everywhere....the 30% AR weight reduction in level 6 passive along with the one in 4 would allow you to carry a gun that packs a punch and still spam reave....
I am liking the reave stack though with 75% to armor and barriers....I really can't notice much on platinum in terms of health....somthing hits me I am about dead whether my shields are 700 or 1100 it seems to me. I almost feel like fitness is just useless on most kits in platinum. Going from 500-800 or 600-900 or whatever it is seems insignificant but the DR from the justicar is nice...
Can't speak to platinum (I've only played two rounds of platinum, both times by accident) but on gold I find area pull is reasonably useful. If you throw area pull and reave on any spawn, something is guaranteed to go boom. (*edit* All the same, I usually skip pull. The biggest problem for me with situational powers is that I forget to use them.)
no, it's fact. put them side by side and the Adept is the clear winner.
it's only a "bad" kit because it doesn't measure up to the Adept. However, he does have some "unique" uses just like the Justicar.
So maybe not, it's not a "bad" kit at all because every kit has it's uniqueness, strengths and weaknesses.
There's no easy comparison with the Justicar though. You get a kit that can has a unique playstyle, can tank, pull off rapid fire BEs, support, debuff, and do excellent weapon damage. How can that be bad?
