Nah. You gun is what hurts the mob. The damage from a biotic explosion is marginal compared to concentrated weapon fire.

Absolutely. I agree. I love playing wonky kits. But we were discussing her power level here, not how fun she is to play.

I am right. They even admit it (unknowling) when they "play her as a biotic soldier". Well ofc you do. Everyone does. Because her powers are nowhere near enough to sustain her as an adept. And there are tbh many kits that are better weapon platforms than the justicar. Perfectly viable on all difficulties, but nowadays somewhat subpar which is how I define "bad".

If most people thought like you that she was bad, I would not see her. She has power that primes and detonates, ignores bubble/hand of denial. How can she not be an adept? I see people running upto bosses and dropping Biotic sphere for a BE.

Why are you trying to compare an Adept to kits that couldn't even think about having a biotic power? Nobody here has said that she even comes close to those kits you mentioned, but that's because she isn't supposed to.Acolyte > Pull > Reave on lone mooks, Reave > Bubble > Reave on spawns and/or bosses.
Reave -> headshot and reave->shoot->reave->shoot and in my experience more effective.

It is great that you own up and admit that she is not "even close to top tier". This is how I define bad. All kits can do well in this game, because ultimately it all boils down to player skill and a good weapon. Good man.

Because I dont see how the type of powers matters. I dont see any reason that an adept should be weaker than a soldier or infiltrator. Hence it makes perfect sense to me to compare them.

The easiest kit I have played is GI. The easiest U/U/G game I've played was HA, AA, AJA, and a melee Puggernaut. Everything exploded instantly.

Exactly. So why are all the forum emos going bananas when I claim she is "bad"? She is at best midrange, and with the speed the game has today I think she has slid from midrange to bad.
