I am also having the bug where I click on add bioware points but it just constantly reloops me to my homepage. I have tried everything that was posted, so is there any way to contact Bioware so they may help me resolve this?

Yeah I have the same problem, and I've tried everything suggested. I even contacted Bioware, but the only reply I got was that I needed to check my credit card information.... I have a feeling they did not even read my problem/question.

I have tryed that link and that help page and it doesnt help to save your life unless i am doing something wrong i have typed in Bioware points and nothing helpful comes up.
