My new favorite kit that uses the Graal is the Krogan Shaman.
With level 6 Warp->Shockwave biotic explosions, bosses are a joke. Plus, with Warp->Warp IV ammo does great damage as well. Plus this gun can OHK pretty much every trooper level enemy. You have stagger, you have loads of health and shields, you have stagger resistance yourself, and you get the bonus of using a Krogan weapon on a Krogan.
So what's your favorite kit to use the Graal on? Also, if you don't use the Graal, why not?

Asari Vanguard can make good use of it. Charge up Graal, cast Stasis, release into face.
No melee, no bang.
Oh and incidentally my favourite with the graal is also the Shaman - but like this.
Close second is the Cabal.
It has good synergy with charge.
Even helps with off-host issues.

Melee, also, and Graal doesn't need smart choke or armor piercing.
How many flechettes does a Graal shot launch?
Batarian Soldier. One of my early "crutch" kits (before grenade capacity even) since the stagger from the Graal and Ballistic Blades meant very few deaths from mooks.
My favourite weapon on the on-host KroSent, very precise and hard-hitting. I play Platinum mostly, so no melee, but for lower difficulties you can make incredibly fun melee kits since you're not really giving up on any other attachment when using the Omniblade.

krogan sentinel, warlord, and batarian vanguard do well with it.
Can't pick a favorite. Havoc, Vorcha Hunter, GE quite a few of the melee kits. Now that I think about I gotta try it on the shadow.
Krosent. It's so nice to stagger a mook with a running body shot and follow up quickly with a backhand slap across the map.
Drellguard is an excellent platform for the Graal. Especially if you opt for the various weapon bonuses that he has access to.

OT: I like it on the Krogan Soldier and the Geth Engineer - to be fair pretty much any weapon is good on him.
