In conclusion, the folks writing Dragon Age are epic trolls. Every time I get to those lines in my replays, I sort of just giggle.

Fenris: "HAWKE." (He always sounds like he's coughing up a hairball when he says that)

Oh yeah, and Merrill's dialogue in her house that drove me crazy, eventually.
"By the Dread Wolf, why is my house always such a mess when people are here? It's clean sometimes, I swear!"
The one BW 'conversations exhausted' that I can never escape is "There's a lot to do. Maybe another time?"
"Pants that eat your eyeballs!!!!!!" If you haven't played awakening you missed Oghren's best lines ever! I laugh so hard during his ramblings.

Ha! I remember in the quest where Anders gets you to look for ingredients for his Chantry bomb thing he also says the word "balm." I was just like, "Wow, foreshadowing and puns that I totally missed the first time around..."
I have a memory full of soundest strings from the BG series that I'll never be able to expunge.
Also some of the responses from the early games (presumably all from Luke). But those weren't voiced.

Honestly, all of Anders dialogue in Awakening is brilliant. Makes the DAII Anders that much more depressing.
