I was thinking that it would be pretty cool to have a mission where we go to an Orlesian ball (or whatever its called) for some reason or another. I mean I think it would be really fun and funny, I mean imagine Iron bull in something colorful lol

I think I've seen this topic before (not entirely sure though). But anyway, yes I would like a mission like this if only so we can pimp out our inquisitors. Or it ends like the red wedding.

Given that the most recent video showed an Orlesian ball, I'm fairly certain there WILL be such an occasion.
I just hope it's done right. Not some ten-minute thing like MOTA was, but a full-fledged event with you trading conversation and political gossip/favors/competitions with at least a dozen different people at the ball.

Has a few more ideas on the ball itself, quests, ideas and a little commentary on outfits.
Hopefully we'll get the option to tear the masks right off the Orlesian sods and have them kneel as their peers look on.
I'd love that, but if my f!Inquisitor gets stuck in that hideous outfit from MotA or anything similar to that, I will be irate. Either give me the option to wear or pretty dress a don't bother having me do the quest. 
i think it would be fun. it can happen right around the time you become a member of the inquisition. you'll meet a romantic interest there, it turns out she is the one sending you on your next mission, in which you'll be teamed up with your rival. after the mission, you'll find out that your rival is actual dating the romantic interest from the ball. but don't worry the rival eventually goes nuts and teams up with an evil witch that is trying to destroy the time stream by possessing the lady who raised you.
no wait that one has been done.
still i like missions like ball room dances, or opera singing. it makes the game less, repetitive and the reprieve from trying to save the world actually feels good.

Yes, this. A lot of my Lady Inquisitors wouldn't touch a dress or a skirt even if their life depended on it, so the option to choose between a dress and something similar to what Hawke was wearing in MoTA would be great.

What if multiple companions offer you their personal fashion advice 
? Like Viv and Leliana for example? And you can choose one of them to dress you for the party?
Leliana: You're...not going to show up like that are you? No, this won't do. Inquisitor,I insist on taking you shopping. We'll find you a nice dress, some new shoes...we'll have to do something about that hair as well.

Something like that. And depending on who you choose to help you reflects how people respond to your attire at the party. But there should totally be an oddball choice like picking The Iron Bull to help you or something and it turns out they have really good or really bad taste in clothes XD
Goodness, this could potantially be the best date in any game to date. Bring your love interest. Male Qunari Inquisitor + Iron bull for example.
Jimmy's gonna have a field day.
