I don't think anyone's actually given a pronunciation for Solas yet - it's only been seen written down. When a dev talks on camera we'll get an idea how it's said.

 

(If they're basing him on the city of Solas, which is between Nevarra and Tevinter, the pronunciation could be nothing like we expect.)

What.  He had a great sense of humor, it was just extremely dry and not easy to see without some solid friendship points.  I think the author of the article is a bit bias, or doesn't remember Sten very well.

The author could just mean that the Iron Bull's humor is a lot more overt than Sten's. He seems like a brazen, free-spirited guy. I see him and Sera getting along just fine.
