Really satisfying noise when they die though... lol...
Combat drone was crazy. It was blessed by mystical aggro magnet energies. The fact that you could spam it again and again meant you were guaranteed to neutralize something in a fight. Scions in particular were able to be completely stunlocked by it and never get off an attack.
So yeah, single big enemies were one-sided fights.

A single point in AI Hacking also neutured all synthetics in ME2. The Hacked target would seemingly draw fire from damn near every enemy in the room, allowing you the breathing space to take down the Shields of another Geth/Mech and Hack it to repeat the process.

A build with only Drone+Cryo+Hack+Dominate and a shotgun was the most fun I have ever had playing the game.
I know there were very few missions where both synthetic and organic enemies were encountered but I just kept them both to stick with the theme

I... HATE... Scions. Oh, just used an ops pack? Lemme just get rid of your shield immediately, literally immediately after you use it. Probably less than half a second after doing so. Trying to reload and I just happen to shoot you from 20 miles away? Sorry, you'll have to wait till I'm done shooting at you to reload because you just happen to be trying to sprint while your gun is out of ammo, therefore you reload. Trying to cancel the reload animation? Sorry, still stunning you. Nevermind the fact that an abomination or phantom or dragoon is right in your face, I'll just keep shooting away while you can't reload.
...I admit I have missiled a lone Scion that pissed me off for too long before.

The ID is not a lie. I do missile them. What's absolutely hilarious is randoms on my team will see my name and are encouraged to missile the lone swarmer at the end of waves. I'm glad I exert such a positive influence.

And their ability to toss a dozen grenades across the map so they land all around you, even though they are not in line of sight, so how do they know where to toss the nades?
I enjoy killing collectors more than the other factions. And I enjoy killing scions most of all.
My personal pet peeves (in order of peevishness):

G-g-g-g-geth stunlock.
On host Phantom DR. (when I'm not playing a character with Pull/Singularity and lolcolyte ... or GI Javelin).
