According to an interview with Dr. Greg Zeschuk of Bioware DLC will not be available solely through the Cerberus network, with it instead being divided up between Cerberus which will be free, and non-Cerberus, which will be paid. So the Hammerhead, Cerberus Assault Armor, and other Cerberus network additions down the line will be free of charge, which is awesome.

Nice. I'm guessing more N7 missions for instance will be available through the Cerberus Network.

I actually didn't know this, that there would be seperate non-Cerberus paid DLC, so thank you. I don't find it old, that article was just posted today..
