their increments seem strangely high to me
like 225 x3 is a set I could jerk but I can't conceive of jumping straight to 275 x 3 from there
I don't know how they do it

slipping is very depressing
i lost a lot of the strength i'd gained last summer over the winter but now i'm stronger than i started
probably because i gained weight and had to weight train with that in addition to what i had been doing, so you know, there are bright sides to everything,
