LOL You might want to use a different site. That pic isn't showing up either.
Gah, that's a pretty big image. Would you mind using some spoiler tags for that?

After the picture, type
In front of the picture, type
Around the link for the image, type [ spoiler ] [ /spoiler] with no spaces. That should do it.

If dryads appear in any future Dragon Age games, I'd like the character artists to remember this:
Ladybits and branches do not mix.
Please ensure that any materials around that region are sufficiently soft and smooth. Thank you.

I don't think the Lady of the Forest had ladybits.
then why would they censor her, think man.

They censor Darkspawn crotches, and there is nothing to insinuate they have anything down there. In fact, given how they are created and the fact they are asexual there's more evidence implying they don't have anything down there.

So the Lady of the Forest was officially a dryad, huh? That's kind of neat.
So they "won't be as benevolent" as the one purposefully spreading lycanthropy. I guess she wasn't exactly evil, but chyea, dem methods.

She wasn't spreading it, the werewolves were. She was giving them control and peace to limit their damage.

As I recall she allowed it to happen because she wanted to force the elves (force Zathrian) to give in and end the curse.
She's also kind of the source of the lycanthropy here and spreads it by her very nature, but I suppose that doesn't make her a bad person.

Ah, you meant spread it to the Dalish specifically. I thought you meant all the spreading in the past few centuries. ![]()
In that case, yes. But in her defense, she tried diplomacy first.
I don't think the Lady of the Forest had ladybits.
For her sake, I hope she didn't.
I on the other hand.....
Yes, the Lady of the Forest is our version of a dryad. There are other dryads, though not all of them are as benevolent.

Sounds like an ad for Veet.
So Dryads are the result of spirits inhabiting a part of nature? A 'She-Sylvan' ?
Not really. Sylvans are Fade spirits that have crossed the Veil to inhabit a tree. However, these dryads might be spirits of nature itself. In any case, we have seen that these dryad creatures are much more powerful than a simple Sylvan.
All i got to say is if the tree's start talking like the grand oak am all for it

I'm trying to remember, was it David Gaider who busted his bum trying to come up with all his rhymes?
Hah. Talking, sure. Rhyming trees, writer's nightmare
