So far, I've yet to see a single image of the standard female Shepard. I understand that the emphasis is made on the male version, but I would have expected to see at least one pic somewhere of her to get an idea of what the basic version of her will look like in ME2.

Oh well, guess I'll have to wait for the game to come out to know the answer...

In the meantime, it would have been cool if Bioware had offered at least one ME2 avatar of her. All 3 Shepard avatars available are of the male version.

There was someone playing FemShep on a livestream the other day. I was going to make a post about it for people dying to see her, but figured that it'd just get the stream closed.

If if you watch justin.tv you might catch another one

If you watch the IGN video review, you can see the back of FemShep a couple of times. It's fast, but she's there.

That was bigfoot.  FemShep is just a myth perpetuated by the fringe forum populace.

Nobody in the recorded history of Mass Effect has ever played a female shepard. If you disagree with this, you are obviously wrong.

Hi, has anyone seen any videos of Female Shepard with the Terminator scars yet?   Plus I like to know what types of casual wear does Female Shepard get?

This implies, my game was not recorded. Could be worse.

Hm that's funny because all I've ever played was a FemShep, so I guess I've never played Mass Effect then.

They should honestly throw out a few pics before release showing some custom shepards.

I'm so happy that they've up'ed the quality of custom Shepard so much. Heck even Conrad's hair doesn't look like it's melting to his scalp like it did in ME 1. Everything just looks so much better! Maybe it's safe to say that ME 3 might even look like a live action film when it comes out. Heck ME 2 isn't far from lookin like it imo! Omg with every pic or video I see of this game the days feel like weeks!! XD

There was a thread with multiple spoiler-free pics of FemShep not long ago on here. Also, there's official pics of FemShep on the main ME2 page.

Here they are:

There are two different FemSheps on the official site, actually. At least two different hairstyles.

Personally, if they make a film of mass effect. I really hope they do use a female lead Shepard. From most of the big box office hits like the Underworld series , Alien series and Laura Croft films, lead female films seem to be loved more by a greater number of people.
