I thought of another moment in the HN Origin as a female, which felt awkward, yet the dialogue was funny. When before going to sleep and having to meet Fergus, he commented on me getting a man in my life. I reply (paraphrasing here) "No less than 3 mind you" and Fergus' stiff wife talks about bringing shame on the Cousland house if such a thing were to happen. But the awkward part, is when Mama and Papa Cousland come into the conversation and I am ready to go to bed. Fergus says. "Getting sent to bed early are we?" and I reply that I have someone waiting for me. He then calls me a saucy minx that I have the "Elven lass" waiting for me. But to say that in front of mom and dad feels, yucky. That would certainly take the edge off the intimacy that I was anxiously awaiting

Tommy - I don't understand! In all the times I have played this game (and felt like dropping revered mother superior Oriana in the ocean) I have never had Fergus call me a saucy minx. Yes I have replied to him that I have no fewer than 3 men on the go but Fergus only reacts to that woman. I never have someone waiting for me. Tho' when Gilmore saves the day and mans the gates I wish I could give him a big pash ![]()

To be clear, her "3 men" comment was not related to the "Saucy minx" remark made by her brother.. The 3 men comment made by my fem warden was more of a wish, whereas the night with the elven lady (or Dairren) was a fact. I made a vid of what Fergus says.

The stand off scene between the Werewolves and the Elves when you side with the Werewolves in that quest...

I was always partial to the speech from "King" Alistair before the battle at Denerim. Especially the Elf playthrough because it really does stress on the momentous task you accomplished.
Other than that, there are a few

Dalish Elf playthrough coronation ceremony is crazy good

The whole sequence where you start at the bridge and cross over to the Tower of Ishal.I love that music.

Of course, there are lot's of grand and epic moments like the battle at Ostagar and of course the entire final sequence of the game. The endings are all really well done as well.
But I think my favorite moment during my first playthrough was Leliana's song. It was really unexpected for me and it just showed how much love for these little details BW put into this massive game. Despite it's scope, they still took the time and effort to have s scene like this which doesn't really add to the plot but is just a great moment for the characters and the player who befriends her. Not to mention that it's a stunningly beautiful piece of music.
I think it's great how BW managed the approval system in DA:O. You can form very different opinions about most of the companions, depending on how you treat them (and in consequence how they will treat you). Realising this was one of the best parts of consecutive playthroughs.
But Leliana's song will always be a special moment in the game.

Tommy 6860 - finally got the saucy minx from Fergus (of course this was after I decided that Dairren may be worth my time and found him alone in the study. I have such loose morals ![]()

My favorite moment from a "hahaha, what" standpoint was accidentally clicking on Alistair while we were hip-deep in dead werewolf, covered in blood, and him starting the Rose Event. It was my first time romancing him, so I had no idea he did that, and the setting made it hilarious.
From a getting-hit-in-the-feels standpoint, the Gauntlet still makes me sad, and my funeral(s). I also once accidentally triggered the murder-the-little-boy option in Redcliffe and was super traumatized (but I totally kept it).

Not a big moment, but always a pleasure: coming out of the Harrowing, and being able to say "Die, demon!" to Jowan.
Almost as good as "Go soak your head" for the HNF.
