My ME is US version, but i was already pre-ordered EU version for ME2 , so i wanna know is there any problem or restrict to my save importing? thanks

A DEV stated in the old forums that ME1 saves will work with a differently localized (region/language) ME2.

We did do some internal testing on this and it was successful.
That being said, we don't officially support changing languages and/or regions, so there may be some strange results, such as alphabetical characters missing if one font set does not contain another, etc...
