the eluvians are bad news, not something that can be used by a group like the dalish without massive bloodshed involved, so id shatter them personally

Apparently they can. At least Briala did.
And Merrill's clan was absolutely terrified of even preparing one for possible use

We should give them to the Templars, purely for the lulz
Nah, why take the chance. They could be demon magnets for all we know. Best to just shatter them.

Sad when a City Elf can work a Dalish artifact better than any Dalish Elf can.

Isn't Briala of the superior City Elf type?
Project Overlord was so ambitious
I thought that research would go so somewhere actually.
It would have been nice had Project Overlord opened up an option to Control the Geth (instead of Destroy / Ally With / Synthesize).

The solution here is simple Steelcan.
Burn the Mirrors, Burn the Dales and Burn the Briala.

Nope, not at the expense of letting them having that much power over the world. Looks like I'm gonna be calling on Morrigan to help me counteract the Dalish.
I would let her become a broodmother before that happened.
Oh, it was easy to see that Cerberus was, at their lightest, grey. But given that you were fighting against an omnicidal force of space-machines, I thought it might be a good situation to see how far Shepard would go to save the galaxy. Think of them as the Mass Effect blood magic; it isn't good, but it can be useful!
It's not really a good analogy regardless. While you're opposing Cerberus, you can do tons of things in the interest of humanity; indeed, you can't avoid it. Being automatically turned against the Dalish wouldn't be the same at all.

Ducan shattered the mirror in the dalish origin with just his sword.
So i'd assume a strong arm is the only requirement.

Merrill's broke didn't it? Hmm...maybe just hit it with something hard and run away in case it explodes?

Burn the Mirrors, Burn the Dales and Burn the Briala.
I think that Aerys Targeryen, the second of his name, title title titles
had the right idea

Superior firepower if nothing else. No one will stand in my way if this is an option. Be it one or ten or ten thousand, they will fall.

I wonder if they are immune to magma? We can go the Mt. Doom route.

Screw it. Shatter all the mirrors and be done with it. This is WAY too much power for the Dalish alone to hold.
If the mirrors are that versatile i see no reason why the Nevarrans, Tevinter, Antivans, Free Marches and Qunari shouldn't form a temporary alliance and march on Orlais after the Veil crisis is over.

Willingly letting anyone become a broodmother is a monsterous thing and you should feel bad.
Um, blood magic and Cerberus are capable of good and ill, but they tend to do more ill than good. What does that have to do with the Dalish?

They will be claimed and commandeered by the forces of the Inquisition, and then they will be destroyed.

And how long do you think it would be before ANOTHER Exalted March was called?
Depends on the fate of the Orlesian Empire, and whether or not they are in a position to do anything about the elves no longer being relegated to the role of servants. If the Inquisition supports an elven-run kingdom of the Dales, it's certainly not the same situation that it was during the time when the Dales was originally free and independent.
