You can regain her loyalty later with a max paragon or renegade bar later on, but this option has high chances of bugging out and so you may not have the option to do so later on. But she won't die in ME3 if you did all of the requirements which is talking to her whenever she requested you. You also have to give her access to Alliance resources as well in ME3 on the last meet up. She won't die even if you imported your save with being unloyal.

Although Xbox can get away with it if you can move your saves back and forth between your console and PC. PS3  and lolWii users are the ones truly out of luck (unless there's a converter I don't know about).

Anyone on Xbox can easily Gibb their saves and give themselves more P/R points to pass every check in ME2, I do it every time lol. I hear someone has figured out a way for PS3 users to use Gibbed as well, but I haven't checked up on that.

From what I've read, yes, if you do so in the third game. No, if you do so in the second.

 

Haven't tested it though.

Yes, but you can avoid this by telling her you still want to be with her during your first meeting on the Citadel, then locking in with someone else before your last meeting with her in the Apartments.

I have done that even after warning Miranda about Kai Leng and given her resources. The other thing is that she dies, shot in the stomach, within a few seconds and she never was able to put a tracer on Kai Leng.

 

How does Shepard get the Cronos intel if Miranda doesn't put a tracer on Kai Leng?

I did a playthrough without Miranda in ME3 and Oriana does not put the tracer on Kai Leng. What jtav posted is what happens.
