The new "inventory" system is one of the highlights of ME2.
I get the feeling it'll be the first time Bioware's done inventory right since BG2 (which they didn't technically design anyway!)
Why did BW scrap the inventory system instead of fixing it?

I didn't really have a problem with the old system, but I don't foresee any issue with the new one. Limiting inventory to the ship is fine. I don't think the game loses anything by it. As long as you can equip all squad members, like they pod setup in ME1. If we don't have equipment, rather scan it, can we sell it?

Yea, at first I was kinda pissed that you wouldn't be able to change gear on the fly, but after seeing the x-fire stream, and thinking about it, like I posted eariler, it makes waaayyy more sense story wise.SurfaceBeneath wrote...
