i always thought Liara should've stayed on SB planet and that should've been our op base and it would have been so cool

it's true that it didn't make the most sense for shepard to be dragging this supposedly super-important-but-super-secretive person around on miscellaneous missions so that she could help shoot guns 

 

She couldn't have stayed on Hagalaz given that Cerberus knew that's where shadow broker base was, but, you know, the base is a ship. It moves. 

 

Really most of Shepard's squad in me3 has better things they could be doing, excepting Vega.

and the way they built up the shadow broker it really seemed like that was the ultimate resource and that it was going to be a really important gain in order to get the galaxy geared up and on shepard's side but
