Just noticed that at Grissom last time through.
"We asked Jack to use better language around our students blah."
But you know, getting her an official teaching uniform would have been too much lol.

Many an Ascension project official suffered a biotic punch before a compromise was met and they requisitioned a jacket and a shirt (sort of).

I just discovered that Jack's voice is never heard in the dreams, even if she died in ME2. Weird. Allers can be in there but not Jack?

Is it only Jack? What happens if you lost everyone but one crew member in ME2? Also, Allers? What the frak...why?

I thought it was only people that died. What the hell is Allers doing there.

When Shepard is giving an interview about the genophage , you have tree options. The cparagon and the renegade option have both an affect in the end-speech given by Wrex when he speaks to his men.

Jack's the only ME2 squad member other than Morinth that isn't in the sound files for the dream whispers. I wonder what happened there (oversight, lost the audio with no time to rerecord, etc).

Allers dies if you don't allow her to join the Normandy.

Well, it's a good thing I don't allow her to join the Normandy.

Ooh, another reason not to let her onto my ship.

"Traynor does seem to get the short end of the stick a bit in terms of the amount of content she gets. Traynor's banter on the ship seems to be confined to Allers."

While they can´t talk with her directly, the 2 ex-cerberus engineers, if brought onboard, and if you don´t have the IGN reporter nor Ash will comment about traynor when planning to have a poker match. They will also mention her lesbianism when Ken suggests Gabby to make advances towards her.

If you do the Normandy SR1 wreckage mission after Legion and Tali's loyalty missions, the Mission Over screen says you've got a third upgrade to Legion's shield boost, putting it at a 75% total. However, this upgrade doesn't show up on either the Research Terminal or the Upgrade screen in Mordin's lab, so I'm not sure if it even does anything.

One thing I only recently discovered: While on mars, soon after you enter the section that requires flashlights, and the cerberus troops can´t see you in the dark, after you kill them, while still in the cafeteria, take a look around the right corner, and liara will make additional comments.

If you don´t take samara with you to omega and asks aria anyway about the murder, when you reach the place where the mother of the victim is, samara will be there.

If you take legion with you during the first segment of me2 overlord dlc, the doctor will have different comments.

In the shadowbroker dlc, after you confront him at his office, his comments regarding your squad-mate (other than liara) may differ depending on if his or her loyalty-quest was completed, or how it has completed).

In ME1, you can complete some missions prior to being asked to, like the asari diplomat seeking help for her sister. The dialogue reflects the fact that she never recruited you.

In ME3, after the Asari monastery mission, you can meet samara at the diplomatic wing on the citadel. Depending on if Thesia has already fallen yet or not, her comments change. Same thing goes for the asari councilor (both of them in fact) in the post-monastery talk.

You can kill Legion, Jack and Morinth in the last 2 me3 missions.

If you have Samara, Jacob and Grunt alive in ME3 and don't do the missions associated with them, their names will be on the memorial wall after you finish Chronos.

If you have Kasumi alive and don't do her side quest, her name will be on the wall after the coup. This depends on how many names you have on the wall.

If Zaeed is alive and don't do his side quest, his name will never be seen on the wall and is assumed dead.

"I just noticed that if you put an unloyal Garrus in charge of team 2 during the Collector base biotic bubble run, his comments over the radio are much more panicked and desperate than what he says when he is loyal."

Yes, if the character is going to die, his or her comments differ, and you can hear that he or she sustains a lot of injuries. I think this is true even for miranda, although she can never die in this particular scene.

Really? I did not know this. Where can I get to see this? Some newscast on the citadel? Some journal update about her ship being destroyed?

Also, is there a place where one can hear all possible dialogues in the dream sequence?

At the Ardat-Yakshi monastery, immediately after meeting Samara, there is a broken elevator in the area.  There is a squadmate comment if you highlight it.  Never saw it til today.

If your squadmate is Kaidan and Shepard is a biotic (and Kaidan is the right hand squad mate, I believe) then Kaidan will comment how it sucks that he and Shepard will never learn that flying trick that Samara and Falare use.

I think the official canon is that Shepard brings all of his companions on every mission, even though gameplay only permits two. That is my impression at least from Mass Effect 3, where there are potentially multiple instances of characters referring to past missions they might not have been selected for. Tali and Garrus have a couple in their banter IIRC.

Of course this makes no sense if Garrus wasn't recruited in ME1.

Not so. The Liara/Aethyta dialogue will change depending on whether Liara did the Noveria mission with you  or not. If Liara was there, she will mention it and what Benezia said. If she wasn't there her dialogue is different.

I just found this out today: in ME2 if you launch a couple of probes into the planet Uranus, EDI makes some weird comments.
