Doesn't he also have a line about that after you see Samara float down to the floor?
Shepard asks him "can you do that?" or something along those lines.
This is that line.

Then there is another one. I remember it being a cutscene. I'll see if I can find it...
Ah, I was mistaken, there was no cutscene. I swear I remember a cutscene. You're right though, it is the same line, though different when Shep isn't biotic.

I swear, Kaiden sounds kind of different on those videos.....
I swear every time I see your posts I can't stop starring at your avatar.
Off-topic but I really had to get that off my chest.
Just realized breaking the scoreboard at the Armax Arena gives a 15 point reputation bonus.

Lol, that actually makes more sense than many other reputation gains from the game.

You know I've done this many times but never noticed that before. Nice.

Yours nabs my attention a lot too. You're one of the few I've seen (granted, I'm 'new') that use their Shepard as their avatar. I like seeing other's Sheps. I'm weird.
On topic:
These are things I JUST discover but are something I played the trilogy multiple times before I figured out. Which means it took me years to discover because I'm a ditz.
1. You can get poisoned on Omega and then kill the bartender. I know this isn't news to anyone else but I never drank in the game before because ew, booze, but I did on one playthrough just to see what the effects were. The real kicker is that Garrus was there and didn't warn me about it.
2. After finding the poisoned drink on Omega I decided to try out the other drinks. If you get drunk enough on the citadel in ME3 you'll wake up laying beside Aria on the couch. I don't know why I found that so damn funny but I really did.
3. If you didn't kill Fist in first game you can meet him again on Omega in ME2. I'd always killed him or had Wrex kill him until one playthrough so I was surprised.
4. If you spin Shepard around fast enough it'll unlock Big Head Mode.
5. The select button on PS3 acts as a quicksave button. I facepalmed when I discovered this by accident.
6. I'm lying about number four.

If you get drunk a second time you wake up in the elevator outside the bar.
You didn't mention getting drunk at the Dark Star Lounge.

I always kill Fist. No-one sells out Tali.

The dark star lounge one I did know about fairly early on, though I never did it personally. I saw a video on youtube that was a bunch of 'funny moments'. Put the stuff in the thing... stuff goes in.
I learned about the elevator I believe in this topic a few pages back.
Also its funny how everyone has links for all these things. I feel so amateurish in comparison. Lol.
@von uber
I always kill him too (or Wrex) except for that one playthrough where I was doing everything different. Honestly playing the game as my polar opposite was surprisingly difficult at times while also introducing me to a lot of interesting things I missed out on. Woo, renegon for life!
Also even seeing your screenshot of Shepard and Aria made me laugh a little. I don't know what it is about that scene but it just gets to me. Well, I think I do know. I just don't know how to explain it in worlds.
I mentioned this earlier, but now I have put together a video of Jack's reaction to "dieing" during her meet-up match. I should note the reason I discovered this was because I had the simulator settings set to have all the enemy bonuses and died fairly quickly during the match. So I backed out of the match (hit "accept") and redid the setting back to no enemy bonuses before going to meet with Jack a second time.
It's pretty cool that she reacts to that at all, honestly. It would had been easy not to. Its the subtle little things like this that I appreciate the most.
Just six more and we're be on the Liara page.
Just for your info: Kasumi's passive does not effect her cool down. It is bugged.

Before entering the bathroom in Dr. Bryson's office, a painting of a reaper can be seen on the left. Shepard can activate it, if the player chooses
As Shepard fights his/her way to get to Ann Bryson, Shepard will pass 6 paintings of reapers. 1 painting is seen while talking with Ann and another painting can be seen while fighting the uglies before getting to the shuttle

Wait, there's a bathroom? I need to start paying more attention to things.
I didn't just discover this, but I did just remember it. So it counts. Sorta.
On the suicide mission, if you take Grunt with you and he has Incendiary Ammo set for Squad, the ammo power will persist throughout the entire SM, as long as you don't die. Even if Grunt isn't part of your team anymore. This is true for Shepard, didn't check for the squadmates, however. Presumably, this works with ammo powers from other squadies as well.
It also may be a bug exclusive to PS3, can't say much on other systems.

Yes, and the shower works.
Can't post the obligatory picture because I'm at work, so just assume it is here:

Whoa. Talk about heavy censorship, Bioware. No one showers like that.

This works with all squadmate sqad ammos (also on PC), but only effects Shepard, not other squadmates afaik.

I had James incendiary ammo set to squad and was able to use it throughout the whole Mars mission along with Ashley/Kaidan
